2026 Tentative Itinerary

June 3rd, 2027: Manager’s Meeting #1 will be held via Zoom at 8:00PM CST. The link to the manager meeting will be emailed out a few days prior to the meeting. At least one team representative will need to be on the meeting as we will cover general World Series information, rules, Q&A session, and more.

June 8th, 2027: Manager’s Meeting #2 will be held via Zoom at 8:00PM CST. The link to the manager meeting will be emailed out a few days prior to the meeting.

June 10th, 2027: Individual Skills Competitions (Click Here for more Information) and official World Series Pin Trading! Location: Waxahachie Sports Complex. Time: 10:00AM until 6:00PM!

June 10th, 2027: Manager Check In. A team representative must attend the team check in. During team check in Birth Certificates will be checked for all rostered players. Copies of Birth Certificates are OK for team check in. Team check in will be from TBA @ TBA.

June 10th, 2027: Pick up of Ranger games wristbands and pre-order items. All teams who purchased tickets through the tournament will need to have a representative present to collect these items. Time & Location - TBA.

June 11th, 2027: Pool Play begins.

June 12th, 2027: Pool Play finishes and bracket play may begin.

June 13th, 2027: Rangers Game (possible games after Rangers if needed).

June 14th, 2027: Bracket Play.

June 15th, 2027: Bracket Play Finishes.

Teams will normally play 3 pool and double elimination bracket. We do reserve the right to modify this based on number of teams.
