Team Check In

A team representative person must attend the team check in. Copies of Birth Certificates are OK for team check in. Team check in will be from TBA at - TBA on June 10th. If a team fails to check in with birth certificates at that time, they will be removed from the event.

Hospital Certificates are not accepted for this event. Only government issued forms of identification are accepted. Teams are required to have all documentation with them at all times. If a player’s credentials are suspected of being falsified, the team and player can be removed from the event without refund. It is recommended for parents to have access to an original in case of this situation.

Please note the rules on grade exemption players. Documentation must be presented in order for these players to play. A report card is required and teams need to make sure they are aware of what a legal grade exception player is. Any team that does not attend the manager’s meeting and check their birth certificates will not play in the event.
