2026 Tentative Itinerary

June 4th, 2026: Mandatory Manager check in will be on June 4th. This year the Manager’s Meeting will be held via Zoom.

• Manager's Meeting: TIME TBA

  • This is when managers will pay the per player gate fee ($75 per rostered player).

  • Important Information concerning the event will be covered at this time.

June 5th, 2026: Pool Play begins.

June 6th, 2026: Pool Play finishes and Individual Skills Competitions (Click Here for more Information)

June 7th, 2026: Rangers Game (possible games after Rangers if needed).

June 8th, 2026: Bracket Play Starts.

June 9th, 2026: Bracket Play Finishes

Teams will normally play 3 pool and double elimination bracket. We do reserve the right to modify this based on number of teams. If there are an odd number of teams, the lowest seed will play an extra pool game. The results of that pool game will count (along with pitching). Brackets will be formed based on pool results and division size. In Open divisions, brackets may be split by classification first (e.g., Major teams may be placed in the top bracket regardless of pool results) to ensure competitive balance.
