2026 Tentative Itinerary

June 3rd, 2026: This year the Manager’s Meeting will be held via Zoom at 8:00PM CST. The link to the manager meeting will be emailed out a few days prior to the meeting. At least one team representative will need to be on the meeting as we will cover general World Series information, rules, Q&A session, and more.

June 4th, 2026: Pick up of Ranger Tickets, wristbands and pre-order items. All teams who purchased tickets through the tournament will need to have a representative present to collect these items. Time 4:00PM to 8:00PM. Location - The Double Tree by Hilton (1507 N Watson Rd, Arlington, TX 76006).

June 5th, 2026: Pool Play begins.

June 6th, 2026: Pool Play finishes and Individual Skills Competitions (Click Here for more Information)

June 7th, 2026: Rangers Game (possible games after Rangers if needed).

June 8th, 2026: Bracket Play Starts.

June 9th, 2026: Bracket Play Finishes

Teams will normally play 3 pool and double elimination bracket. We do reserve the right to modify this based on number of teams.
